This course assumes
that you have a basic understanding of management. When you finish this course,
you will have experience applying the practices and techniques used for
employee training and development to improve employee and organizational
performance. You will also have a collection of training exercises and
activities useful for a training program or a class or business
presentation. Content areas of training
needs analysis, training program development and implementation, and program
evaluation will be incorporated in a comprehensive training project.
